Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use optni.ai, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or captions. This page states our target, what we have done, what is not done yet, and how to tell us when we have got it wrong.

Our target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across this website and the optni.ai application.

What is in place

  • Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading order on every page
  • A visible focus indicator on every interactive element
  • Full keyboard operability, including the navigation menus and the demo player
  • A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element
  • Text and interface colours tested against WCAG AA contrast ratios
  • Form fields with programmatically associated labels and inline error messages
  • Motion reduced automatically when the operating system requests it
  • Text that reflows without loss of content at 200% zoom

Known limitations

We would rather list these than claim full conformance we have not verified:

  • The animated conversation player relies on timed transitions; a static transcript alternative is planned.
  • Third-party embedded content, where used, may not fully meet Level AA.
  • A full independent audit has not yet been completed.

Telling us about a barrier

If something on this site stops you doing what you came to do, email support@optni.ai with the page and what happened. We aim to acknowledge within two business days and will tell you what we are doing about it and when. If a fix will take time, we will offer another way to get what you needed.
